Terms of Service
1. Artwork is for PERSONAL USE only, and may not be used for profit. (Credit is appreciated if used for profile pictures, etc.)
2. I have the right to deny commission requests for any reason.
3. I have full rights to your commission for any promotional work.
4. Payment transactions are only accepted through paypal invoice or cashapp(including refunds)
5. Payment must be received in FULL after rough sketch is approved
6. A 50% refund will be provided when a rough sketch is given, but no refund will be given after the sketch.
7. The client may discuss a deadline with me, but otherwise the typical process is no more than 4 weeks. If more than 4 weeks have passed, the customer may request a full refund.
8. During revisions you may request any changes. Small tweaks on final pieces are allowed, but anything dramatic will cost an additional fee. (+5$)
9. If under any circumstance, I cancel the commission, a full refun will be given to the client.
10. Dropbox will be used to transfer the digital commission to the customer.
11. A visual reference of any sort is required. Unless given specific instructions for the piece, I will use my own artistic liberties.
